Download Slack & turn on notifications
Slack is where your onboarding happens and where your dedicated team lives. Grab the app on every device you use, and make sure notifications are ON so you never miss an update.
Turn notifications on
- On your phone: Settings → Notifications → Slack → Allow Notifications ON
- Inside Slack: tap your profile picture → Notifications
Get into your private Slack channel
Your invite to your private GymGrow channel is on its way to your email. It may arrive as an email or directly inside the Slack app. Accept it, say hi, and follow the next steps you receive from your team in there.
Inside your channel you'll get:
- • Your onboarding steps
- • Members Hub login
- • Course access
- • Your call schedule
Tech support, ads questions, anything you need. It all happens right there with your dedicated team.
What happens next
Your team will message you in Slack with your full onboarding information. The sooner you complete onboarding, the sooner your ads go live, and the sooner the leads start flowing. We'll guide you through every step.
